 tried several times to download. only get to step 3/5 then doesnot progress. don't know why?
 Good but still more improvement. I like it since you exactly what the other person is looking, still I think is kind of slow, I don't know if it was my connection or the server. Overall I like the program. The price was kind of high, is accesible, but I don't know if it requires a contract. If it requires I think is to much. I would only use it for emergency.

 Remote access hii tried to use ur software ,thinking as it was written,no configration and software wil do evrything for us ..but one big disadvantages is manual port forwarding..come on u expect ppl to do port forwarding manual..most of thenm dont know abt it..what i suggest is ur software should do all settings and finally give a website address of our pc to access in internet ..this u should not use port forwarding may be ur site for hosting our pc ..Like logmeon and evev team viewer dont require port forwarding ..I expect ur software while installing should ...

 I installed the service, but it fails to start... Tried everything. My system is an opensuse 1.11

 Not fonctionall we are using Ubuntu 8.10 and this NTR connect linux is not fonctioning for some reason and there is no HELP at all on your web site on howto... Really disapointed of this version...
